Refund Policy

Month-to-month subscriptions

CashDoorKey is sold as a month-to-month subscription. Your card is charged in advance at the start of each billing period for the plan you selected (Starter, Pro, or Team). There is no long-term contract.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from your billing page inside the dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to the Service for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for.

Partial months

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not be charged again, but the current month will not be refunded.

Free trial

The Demo plan includes a 7-day free trial with five property analyses. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged for the plan you selected.

Charged in error?

If you believe you have been charged in error — duplicate charge, charge after cancellation, or unrecognized charge — email support@cashdoorkey.com within 30 days of the charge with the date, the last four digits of the card, and a brief description. We will investigate and respond within five business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We can usually resolve billing issues directly and far faster than the dispute process. Accounts with active chargebacks may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
